GOALMOON cares about your privacy and we are committed to protecting it.

Therefore, in addition to accepting GOALMOON's Terms of Use, you must read and agree to our Privacy Policy, which contains clear and complete information about the collection, use, storage, processing, and protection of your personal data.

We strongly recommend that you carefully read this Privacy Policy before registering or even browsing GOALMOON's websites and platform.

Definitions

Whenever the expressions below are capitalized in this Privacy Policy, they shall have the meaning contained in the applicable legislation, reproduced below for quick reference:

• Registration Data – affiliation, address (including electronic address), and personal qualifications, understood as the User's name, first name, marital status, and profession.
• Personal Data – data related to a natural person. All data that may be used directly or indirectly to identify a person, for example: name, photos, email, bank data, medical information, geolocation, phones, social media posts, IP address, etc.
• Processing of Personal Data – any operation performed with personal data, such as those referring to collection, production, reception, classification, use, access, reproduction, transmission, distribution, processing, archiving, storage, deletion, evaluation or control of information, modification, communication, transfer, dissemination or extraction.
• Decree regulating the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework – Brazil - (http://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/_Ato2015-2018/2016/Decreto/D8771.htm);
• GDPR – General Data Protection Regulation – established by Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679.

1) COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION

First of all, it is important to emphasize that it is essential for GOALMOON to collect, store, and process personal data obtained from users in order to enable the provision of services offered through its Platform.

Therefore, you must expressly and unequivocally agree to allow GOALMOON to automatically collect, receive, and store Personal Data and information on its servers regarding activities from users' browsers, including geolocation, IP addresses, cookies, or other identifying character strings, as well as information about transactions made through the platform.

It is worth noting that some personal data is necessarily collected by GOALMOON in order to enable the execution of the service contract (Terms of Use) entered into with Users, as well as in the legitimate interest of enabling the platform's operations.

Furthermore, in order to use the tools offered by GOALMOON, you will need to register and provide your full name, date of birth, identification document, phone number, address, and electronic address, as well as create an access password known only to you.

You are aware that it is your responsibility to provide true, accurate, up-to-date, and complete information when registering to access the Platform.

We remind you that providing incomplete or false data is a crime defined by law and may result in severe penalties.

2) USER CONTROL OF REGISTRATION DATA

Each user has control over the Registration Data contained in the profile created at GOALMOON, being able to access and change it using their login and password.

We remind you that the login and password are individual and known only to the user themselves, who must maintain the confidentiality of this information.

GOALMOON is not responsible for how this data is used by the User. Users may update their registration data through the GOALMOON Platform.

3) COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA AND INFORMATION COLLECTED

The collected Personal and Registration Data, as well as any other collected information, may be used for communication purposes by our team, by sending notifications about your activity with GOALMOON's tools, as well as system alerts and notifications.

Additionally, the collected Personal and Registration Data may be stored, processed, and used by us for the following purposes:

• A – To enable the efficient and effective provision of services offered by GOALMOON, allowing its operation in an agile and secure manner;
• B – To assist Users in communication, especially in cases of disputes related to content quality, delivery delays, Copyright, and Intellectual Property;
• C – To conduct analyses and studies related to user behavior, interests, and demographics, in order to provide more appropriate and interesting services, improving the usability experience of GOALMOON's tools;
• D – To improve our commercial and marketing strategies aimed at enhancing the services offered;
• E – To send Users information regarding GOALMOON's products, services, advertising, promotions, banners, and news.

4) STORAGE AND PROTECTION OF COLLECTED PERSONAL DATA

All Personal Data from Users collected and processed as set out in this Privacy Policy will be stored in our database until the User withdraws their consent for us to do so.

All other data will be retained for as long as necessary for the respective purposes for which they were originally collected.

We may also retain information as required by law.

The data collected by GOALMOON will be stored in secure databases, following best practices, with access restricted only to employees with proper credentials, who are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information.

GOALMOON may store and process the collected Personal Data on a server located in Brazil or abroad.

5) DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES OF REGISTRATION AND PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

You agree that GOALMOON may provide Personal and Registration Data to Buyers, Affiliates, or Producers in the event of a violation of the Terms of Use that may cause damage to other GOALMOON Users or third parties.

Likewise, you agree that, in an attempt to prevent illegal activities, in cases of suspected fraud, disputes, or any indication of wrongdoing by Users, including SPAM dissemination, the Personal and Registration Data of the involved Users may be provided to those harmed.

In certain cases, if deemed necessary, GOALMOON may provide the collected data to bodies and entities involved in the investigation or resolution of disputes between Users or between Users and third parties, such as insurance companies, arbitration courts, and other competent administrative bodies.

You agree that GOALMOON may share personal and registration data of the Buyer with Producers, Affiliates, and other commissioned partners in cases where those parties have configured the Platform to receive purchase data.

You also agree that GOALMOON may share the collected Personal and Registration Data with GOALMOON's third-party service providers, in order to enable the development of their respective activities and allow for the improvement of Platform services.

In this case, GOALMOON requires all service providers with whom it shares Users' Personal Data to include provisions that ensure proper protection, confidentiality, and data processing security.

You also agree that, in any corporate transaction involving the restructuring of the corporate group to which GOALMOON belongs, the collected Personal Data may be considered one of the commercial assets to be transferred.

In such cases, GOALMOON may transfer Users' Personal and Registration Data if it is acquired by or merges with another company.

Excluding the scenarios mentioned in this Privacy Policy, Personal and Registration Data may only be disclosed to third parties in the following circumstances:

• At the request of or with specific authorization from the user themselves,
• In compliance with a court order.

6) MAINTENANCE OF REGISTRATION AND PERSONAL DATA AFTER ACCOUNT DELETION

You may delete your GOALMOON account at any time by accessing the Platform Settings; any other method to achieve this purpose will be ineffective.

Upon the User's request, as per item 3.1 above, GOALMOON will proceed with the permanent deletion of Registration and Personal Data provided by the User, within a maximum of 5 days.
